Nehme E. In a two-decade career as a sales & marketing executive and consultant, he has specialized in leading strategy and teams for the high-growth public companies at the nexus of hospitality, gaming, entertainment and sports. Specifically, he has been an active driver of the Las Vegas renaissance, helping the city diversify its economy away from solely casinos.

Most recently, he was SVP of Sales & Marketing for the $2 billion Sphere (NYSE: SPHR), which successfully opened in September 2023 and gained immediate recognition as an iconic entertainment destination that has changed the way consumers experience concerts and films. His work led to Sphere achieving a record $1 million in average daily ticket sales revenue for its immersive attraction's first quarter of operations — the highest of any daily entertainment attraction in Las Vegas history.

His other notable posts include being the first CMO of the historic Vegas Golden Knights – the city’s long-awaited professional sports team – where he helped craft the foundational marketing strategy that turned the NHL franchise into 2017's breakout brand and a blueprint for future expansion teams in all sports.

He was also CMO of Bally Bet during the hotly-anticipated nationwide expansion of legalized sports betting in the US and ran his own fractional CMO agency LaunchVegas, helping brands optimize their marketing strategy and investments.

From 2004-2016, Nehme held key sales and marketing leadership positions for Fortune 1000 stalwarts Wynn Resorts and Las Vegas Sands Corporation (Venetian & Sands brands) during the casino resort industry’s development boom across the US and Asia.

His wide-ranging talks cover many aspects of business, from marketing to operations, but focus on how to differentiate amid intense competition and an ever-changing media landscape. Audiences love his fluency across a multitude of topics, which is bolstered by an MBA from Babson College and a journalism degree from The George Washington University.
